Midwest Special Services (MSS) empowers the people they support to live the life they choose by providing opportunities and developing partnerships built on collaboration and community engagement. They ensure that everyone who receives their services has the chance to work. They ask people what is important to them and then match employment opportunities to their interests, strengths, and goals. They also provide training and support so they can make informed decisions about working, Shannon Brumbaugh, Director of Development explained.
