In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to support our communities first. We have reduced our in-person meetings and social events. We feel it is best for the safety of all concerned; our members and guests.

  • We are holding Virtual meetings in lieu of in person weekly meetings. To learn more on how to join a meeting go to
  • Any in-person meetings are being held outdoors (when available), social distancing, and masks are required per Governor’s Executive Order 20-81, people in Minnesota are required to wear a face covering in all indoor businesses and public indoor spaces, unless alone. Additionally, workers are required to wear a face covering when working outdoors in situations where social distancing cannot be maintained. Research has shown that use of face coverings can greatly reduce the risk of infection when combined with other prevention efforts such as social distancing and hand hygiene.
  • We are following all the requirements with the organizations we work with.

On Friday, 7/10/20 the Clay Shoot Planning team met and decided to cancel the Clay Shoot fundraiser scheduled for 9/11/20. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the shoot team determined that holding event was not feasible this year. Some of the reasons were due to health safety for not only shooters, but the Rotarian volunteers, trying to get teams, obtaining sponsors, and trying to get donations from struggling businesses.

We are still going to hold the Cash Raffle (1st prize $500, 2nd prize $300, 3rd prize $200). To purchase cash raffle tickets please ask a Rotarian or contact Shawn at
